Information

For a non-binding price quote, please send me your text as a Word document and indicate the latest date by which you need the revised version returned.

Please also include the total number of characters including spaces – this helps me accurately assess the editing effort and quickly provide a concrete offer. (In Word, you can find the character count under “Review > Word Count.”)

Your information and the content of your texts will, of course, be treated confidentially – whether it’s internal business documents, manuscripts, or academic papers.

Editing academic theses is also legally permitted: as long as the content is not altered but only linguistically improved, your independent work remains intact and unaffected.

If your document is too large to upload, you can also send your request directly by email to
office@korrekturdienst.at – ideally with the text attached.

Payment Information

To issue the invoice, I require your full billing address. You can enter it directly in the inquiry form or submit it via email along with the order confirmation.

Payment is accepted exclusively via online bank transfer. Cash payments are not possible. The invoice must be settled promptly after the service has been delivered.

For larger projects or special requirements, installment payments can be arranged upon request. These are agreed upon individually during the order process.

If you pay the invoice in advance, you will receive a 10% discount on the total price. A transfer confirmation before the project begins is required. This advance payment discount does not apply to express services with a turnaround time of less than three days or 24-hour services.

For shorter texts with fewer than 20 standard pages, a processing fee of €20.00 will be charged.

Your Inquiry in 5 Simple Steps

1. Provide contact details
Please enter your name and email address. If you would like to receive a quote, also include your billing address.

2. Describe your text & select the service
Let me know what your text is about (e.g., academic, business, literary) and which service you require – such as proofreading, editing, formatting, or a plagiarism check.

3. Specify character count & desired deadline
For price calculation, I need the total number of characters including spaces (in Word: “Review > Word Count”) as well as your preferred return date.

4. Submit your file
Upload your document as a Word file (.docx) or send it by email to office@korrekturdienst.at. You may also include formatting requirements or special instructions.

5. Receive & confirm your quote
You will receive a non-binding price offer within a few hours. The order is considered confirmed once you provide written approval via email.

Note on Business Processing

All business is conducted exclusively online. Please send your files either via the contact form or directly by email to office@korrekturdienst.at.

Cash payments are not accepted – all services are billed via online bank transfer.

I strive to handle all inquiries promptly and reliably. Any company holidays or potential delays are communicated transparently on my website.
